This lab involves developing a Simio model of a Subway® restaurant and using the model to analyze the performance of the system during lunch rush. The videos will guide you through:

  1. Building the model of the current policy in Simio
  2. Verifying the model
  3. Defining “Responses” for your experiment and interpret the resulting SMORE plots
  4. Modifying the model to allow passing
  5. Comparing the two policies
